基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗退行性膝关节炎的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Degenerative Knee Arthritis Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyse the current research status and hotspots of Chinese medicine in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis,and to provide reference for the treatment and development of this disease.Methods:Relevant literature published from January 2015 to 9 September 2024 was searched using China Knowledge,VIP and Wanfang databases as Chinese literature sources.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visualise and analyse the publication time,authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence of the literature.Results:A total of 6 340 Chinese-language documents were included,with an overall decreasing trend in the number of publications in the field of TCM treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the past decade;the core author network was significant,and the research institutions were concentrated in TCM colleges and universities and their affiliated hospitals;and high-frequency and high-mid-centre keywords included osteoarthritis,knee osteoarthritis,warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupuncture and moxibustion.Conclusion:The treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis with Chinese medicine is still in the developmental stage,and high-quality research should be strengthened to promote the multidimen-sional and in-depth development of the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis with Chinese medicine.关键词
