经筋刺法联合任务导向性训练对中风后偏瘫患者姿势控制及运动功能的影响
The Effect of Meridian Acupuncture Combined with Task-Oriented Training on Posture Control and Motor Function in Post-Stroke Hemiplegic Patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of meridian acupuncture combined with task-oriented training on posture control and motor function of post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods:Sixty post-stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group,under the guidance of a random number table method.The control group received task-oriented training,while the observation group re-ceived a combination of meridian acupuncture and task-oriented training.The effects of the modified Berg Balance Scale(mBBS),Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale,muscle strength(peak torque and average power),gait(walking speed,walking fre-quency,and stride ratio),and Barthel's Index(BI)were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the mBBS score,Fugl-Meyer score,BI score,muscle peak torque,average power,walking speed,walking frequency,and stride ratio of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group had significantly higher mBBS score,Fugl-Meyer score,BI score,muscle peak torque,average power,walking speed,walking fre-quency,and stride ratio after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of meridian acupuncture and task-oriented training can effectively improve the balance and motor function of post-stroke hemiplegic patients,enhance lower limb muscle strength,and improve gait.关键词
