基于CiteSpace的龙氏手法研究热点与趋势分析
Trends and Hotspots of Long's Manipulation Research:Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the research hotspots,and evolutionary trajectory within the field of Long's Manipulation in the past 20 years,and provide references for clinical treatment and research practice.Methods:This study selected the CNKI as the main da-tabase,with a time range from 2004～2024.CiteSpace software was used to perform visual analysis of the included literature.Re-sults:A total of 228 articles were included after screening.The overall trend of research articles showed a pattern of initial increase followed by a decrease,with the number of publications reaching 24 in 2020 before starting to decline.Core authors include Fan De-hui,Su Meiyi,Zhang Zhenning,Duan Junfeng,etc.High-productivity research institutions are Guangdong Provincial Second Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region.The results of this study showed that there were 8 clusters of Long's manipulation,pain,cervical spondylosis,ma-nipulation,bone-setting manipulation,cervical vertigo,acupuncture and clinical observation,as well as 15 emergent keywords of bone-setting therapy,cervical spondylosis,cervical origin,abdominal acupuncture,treatment,massage therapy,small needle knife,balance needle,curative effect,blade needle,electroacupuncture therapy,acupuncture therapy,pain,clinical observation and traction therapy.Early research hotspots were concentrated on"cervical vertigo","cervical spondylosis"and"acupuncture therapy"while re-cent years have paid more attention to"traction therapy"and"pain treatment".Conclusion:Long's manipulation has proven its value in clinical applications.However,the main academic achievements are concentrated among authors and institutions in Guangzhou and surrounding areas.Future trends may explore multi-disciplinary cross-fusion,comprehensive treatment plans,and treatment of different kinds of pain syndromes.关键词
