Origin and diagnosis and treatment experience of adenoid hypertrophy in traditional Chinese medicine classics
摘要
Abstract
Adenoid hypertrophy is one of the common pediatric diseases.This disease name falls under the scope of modern medicine,yet in the vast collection of ancient Chinese medical texts,it exhibits the characteristic of"multiple origins of the disease with no unified nomenclature".By using ancient texts as the framework and examining disease names such as nasal obstruction from the"Suwen",orifices of nasopharynx from"Lingshu",and primary snoring from"General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases",this article analyzes the diagnostic and treatment experiences of physicians across various dynasties over thousands of years,tracing their origins,organizing their lineages,and synthesizing the strengths of different schools,in order to provide new theoretical perspectives for future physicians to explore the diverse etiologies and pathogeneses of adenoid hypertrophy.This appears to be a discussion of symptoms akin to synthesizing scattered elements into a whole,yet it fundamentally carries the theoretical core of"intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis".关键词
