重构本草——紫菀
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-tatarian aster root
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that tatarian aster root mainly has the effects of moistening the lung and descending qi,and eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.The symptom targets are cough,phlegm-induced asthma and constipation.Modern pharmacological studies have found that tatarian aster root and its active components have effects of relieving cough,eliminating phlegm,relieving asthma,and facilitating urination and defecation.Tatarian aster root has the relatively low toxicity,and its clinical application is safe and reliable,with no reported adverse reactions during its clinical use.Due to its pungent and warm properties,it may has the drawback of promoting the growth of heat pathogens and is therefore not suitable for patients with excessive heat syndrome.The commonly used clinical dosage is 5-30 g.关键词
