Summary of Guo Chunyu's experience in treating chronic gastritis based on the unblocking and descending theory
摘要
Abstract
Professor Guo Chunyu believes that abnormal unblocking and descending function is the main characteristic of chronic gastritis.The fundamental principle for treating chronic gastritis is"regulating qi movement and restoring its unblocking and descending function".Based on the unblocking and descending theory,the treatment of chronic gastritis is generally divided into two therapeutic approaches,namely the separate treatment of the spleen and stomach,and the combined treatment of the spleen and stomach.Among them,the combined treatment of the spleen and stomach refers to the co-occurrence of spleen and stomach disorders with the same pathogenesis,which is treated together;while the separate treatment of the spleen and stomach refers to the differences in their physiology and pathology,or the distinct pathogenic mechanisms in combined spleen-stomach disorders,thus necessitating different therapeutic approaches.In addition,Professor Guo also combines acupuncture and medication to synergistically enhance therapeutic efficacy.关键词
