Qu Fan's clinical experience in treating diminished ovarian function based on the theory of kidney governing reproduction
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes Professor Qu Fan's experience in treating diminished ovarian function.Professor Qu takes"kidney governing reproduction"as the core,and believes that the pathogenesis is"deficiency of kidney essence and imbalance of thoroughfare and conception vessels",belonging to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The treatment is based on tonifying the kidney,and distinguishing yin and yang.For nourishing kidney yin,medicines such as Fructus Rubi and Rhizoma Polygonati are used;for warming and tonifying kidney yang,Herba Epimedii and Herba Cistanches are selected,emphasizing mutual promotion of yin and yang.Meanwhile,the liver and spleen are taken into account,using Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis and Radix Bupleuri to disperse stagnated liver qi,and Radix Pseudostellariae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae to invigorate the spleen.For phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,Spina Gleditsiae is used to resolve phlegm,and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong are used to activate blood circulation.Treatment is administered according to the menstrual cycle:nourishing kidney yin in follicular phase,warming yang and activating blood in ovulatory phase,consolidating thoroughfare and conception vessels in luteal phase,and promoting menstruation in menstrual phase.Emphasis is laid on psychosomatic treatment and daily care,forming a unique diagnosis and treatment system with remarkable curative effect,providing reference for clinical practice.关键词
