火箭着陆装置油气缓冲器的缓冲性能分析
Analysis of oil & gas buffer performance on rocket landing devices
摘要
Abstract
To reduce space exploration costs and boost launches,reusable rockets are developed.For these rockets,landing gear buffering is of paramount importance.Based on hydro-pneumatic spring principles,a shock absorber design is introduced.Based on Boyle's Law and orifice theory,this paper proposes a math model and a performance index-comprehensive error.Simulations are conducted to analyze dynamics,flow field,and stress and verify its feasibility.Prototypes undergo bench and drop tests.Results show the shock absorber's comprehensive error is 2.63%,and max support force error is 2.5%,demonstrating the model's superiority and providing some insights into the design of reusable rocket landing devices.关键词
