基于SOFT策略的老旧城区慢行系统轻量化改造
Lightweight Reconstruction of Pedestrian Systems in Old Urban Areas Based on SOFT Strategy:A Case of Wuyishan Commercial District in Qingdao

Abstract
In the context of urban renewal,old urban areas generally face prominent problems such as intensifying human-vehicle conflict,compression of slow driving space and decline of street vitality due to their early construction.This paper takes Wuyishan Commercial District in Qingdao as a case for study,systematically analyzes the problems in its pedestrian system,and proposes a lightweight renovation approach based on the SOFT strategy(slow,organized,fluid,thriving)to optimize the slow traffic system and to enhance the spatial quality.The strategy involves interventions such as road-right reallocation,hierarchical road network organization,pedestrian network connectivity,and street function revitalization,ultimately improving the pedestrian environment and public space quality,which provides new insights for the renewal of similarly high-density old urban areas.关键词
