兰州市城关区经济发展和土地利用规划现状研究
Study on the Current Economic Development and Land Use Planning in Chengguan District,Lanzhou:Empirical Analysis Based on Policies and Projects

Abstract
Urban land-use efficiency significantly impacts land conservation/intensification utilization and socio-economic coordinated development.As a key central city in western China,Lanzhou faces spatial constraints due to its topographic limitations.This paper examines the interaction between economic development and land use planning in core urban areas by taking Chengguan District in Lanzhou as the research object.By constructing a comprehensive economic development index,the paper compares the economic development levels across Lanzhou's districts/counties,revealing that Chengguan District has the strongest comprehensive strength.Based on Lanzhou Territorial Spatial Master Plan(2021-2035),the paper interprets its"one core,two belts,and three zones"spatial structure and land use distribution patterns.Empirical evidence from the typical urban investment projects demonstrates land economy's tripartite positive effects:urban development,financing security,and public service provision.It is believed that the development pattern and practical path of Chengguan District provide beneficial references for the spatial optimization and high-quality construction of the central cities in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
