摘要
Abstract
The existing standards for the allocation of urban public space are primarily based on the residential needs of the population,making it difficult to align with the differentiated demands of industrial new towns dominated by industrial populations.This results in inefficient public space provision,hindering improvements in urban quality and vitality.Taking Yanluo Bay Core City in Baoan district,Shenzhen as an example,this paper develops a synergistic enhancement framework of"taking the equity as value orientation,equilibrium as the spatial foundation and efficiency as the direction for optimization",and provides a comprehensive solution for improving the quality of public space in industrial new towns through accurate demand response,hierarchical spatial allocation,and systematic performance optimization.关键词
