摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Taking the alpine grassland,alpine meadow,and alpine desert steppe ecosystems in the northeastern of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the research subjects,explore the distribution characteristics of species diversity in alpine grasslands and their influencing factors.[Method]One-way ANOVA,random forest and redun-dancy analysis were used to analyze the data.[Result]There were significant differences in Patrick richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index among three grassland types(P<0.001).Soil organic carbon and soil total nitrogen had the most important effects on Patrick abundance index,annual precipitation and altitude had the most important effects on Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou even-ness index.Annual precipitation and soil organic carbon had the most important effects on Simpson dominance index.The cumulative explanation rate of all environmental factors was 66.08%,and the contribution rate of annual precipi-tation to the diversity was the highest.[Conclusion]Grassland type significantly affects species diversity,and annual precipitation is the dominant factor of species diversity change.
