草地早熟禾小穗对矿质元素的吸收利用
Absorption and utilization of mineral elements by spikelets of Kentucky bluegrass

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the rational fertilization of Kentucky bluegrass and to screen germplasm materials with different mineral nutrient enrichment capabilities and mineral nutri-tional values.[Method]Five samples of Kentucky Sedum materials were taken as the research objects.The contents of eight mineral elements,namely potassium(K),sodium(Na),magnesium(Mg),calcium(Ca),copper(Cu),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn)and zinc(Zn),were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and transverse graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Variability analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analy-sis and cluster analysis were conducted.[Result]The results showed that there were significant differences in the con-tent of large and trace elements in the spikelets of Kentucky bluegrass,with a coefficient of variation of 12%to 60%.The coefficient of variation of Mn element was the highest,with the greatest potential for improvement,while the co-efficient of variation of Cu element was the lowest and the content was stable.The order of mineral element content in different germplasm spikelets was K>Mg>Ca>Na>Mn>Zn>Fe>Cu.The correlation analysis results showed that during the reproductive growth period of Kentucky bluegrass,more Na,Mn,and Zn elements should be applied to obtain high-quality germplasm.The results of principal component and cluster analysis indicated that Kentucky bluegrass in Gangu had a strong ability to absorb and enrich mineral elements,and could be used as a key material for excellent quality breeding.The content of K,Mg,Cu,and Zn elements in the first group,Kentucky bluegrass of Gangu and Anceps Gaud was relatively high.The second group,Kentucky bluegrass of Sunan and Midnight Ⅱ,had the highest content of Ca and Mn elements.The third group,Kentucky bluegrass of Dingxi,had a high content of Na and Fe elements.[Conclusion]Overall,Kentucky bluegrass of Gangu can be used as a key parent material for excel-lent quality breeding for key utilization.关键词
