河西青贮玉米碳氮磷累积和化学计量特征对水氮的响应
Stoichiometric responses of carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus accumulation in silage maize to water and nitrogen in the Hexi region

Abstract
[Objective]Aiming at the problems of serious water shortage,high water and nitrogen input,and low resource use efficency in the Hexi irrigation area.This study investigated the absorption and accumulation of carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus,as well as the limitations of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients of silage maize under water-saving and reduced-nitrogen conditions.[Method]A split-plot experiment with three irrigation treatments[4920(W0),5535(W1),6150,and(W2)m3/hm2],and three nitrogen application treatments[0(N0),249(N1),311(N2)kg/hm2]was conducted.producing a total of nine treatment combinations(W0N0,W0N1,W0N2,W1N0,W1N1,W1N2,W2N0,W2N1,W2N2).The content,accumulation,stoichiometric ratio,and nutrient limitation of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in the growth period of silage maize under different water and nitrogen synergistic modes were determined.[Results](1)Under different water and nitrogen synergistic treatments,the contents of carbon,ni-trogen and phosphorus in stems,leaves,and ears ranged from 367.80~420.00,4.62~6.22,2.40~6.60,392.47~457.60,5.43~7.73,3.97~6.60,382.87~445.83,4.57~5.56,3.57~5.70 g/kg,respectively.(2)From tasseling to maturity,W1 treatment could increase the accumulation of carbon and nitrogen;during the growth period,the phosphorus content of W2 treatment was always higher than that of W1 and W0 treatments.Under the same irriga-tion treatment at the mature stage,the accumulation of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in N1 and N2,increased by 100.36%,122.66%,152.97%and 117.43%,133.11%,185.26%,respectively,compared with N0.(3)Compared with W2 treatment,W1 treatment increased the nitrogen content in all organs,slightly raised the carbon content,and reduced the phosphorus content,thereby reducing C/N and increasing C/P and N/P.Nitrogen application treatment significantly increased the nitrogen and phosphorus content of each organ(P<0.05),slightly increased the carbon content,reduced C/N,C/P,and increased N/P.(4)Except for W1N2 treatment,the yield of silage maize under W1N1 treatment was significantly higher(P<0.05),ranging 7.57%~59.83%above other treatments,but there was no significant difference between W1N1 and W1N2 treatments.[Conclusion]The W1N1 treatment is an ideal wa-ter and nitrogen synergistic mode,which can promote the absorption and accumulation of carbon and nitrogen ele-ments in silage maize,thereby increasing yield.关键词
