土壤调理剂复配对苏打盐碱土的改良效果及对大豆生长的影响
The Improvement Effect of Compound Soil Conditioner on Soda Saline-Alkali Soil and Its Influence on Soybean Growth

Abstract
In order to scientifically select soil conditioners suitable for soda saline-alkali soil and study the effect of its scientific ratio on soybean growth,in this study,soda saline-alkali soil with pH 10.05 and electrical conductivity 96.77 μS·cm-1 in Sartu area,Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province was selected as the research object,and the soybean variety Hefeng 55 was selected for pot experiment.By screening a variety of soil conditioners,selecting the amendments with good improvement effect and using the response surface method to study their combination ratios,the effects of different conditioners on the basic properties of soil and soybean growth and development indexes were analyzed,and the interaction between the conditioners was discussed,and finally the formula of conditioners suitable for soda saline-alkali soil was obtained.The results showed that biochar,aluminum sulfate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose were suitable soil conditioners for this soil type.The single application concentration of biochar 3%significantly increased soil available nutrients,aluminum sulfate 0.5%significantly reduced soil pH,and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose 0.5%significantly increased soil water content.In terms of combined use,it is recommended to use the ratio of 2.00%biochar,0.68%aluminum sulfate and 0.40%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.No obvious antagonistic effect was observed between the conditioning agent combinations,and the ratio significantly reduced the soil pH value,increased the emergence rate of soybean seedlings and the accumulation of dry matter quality,and provided a suitable environment for soybean growth.This study provided effective guidance for soybean planting in saline-alkali land in Songnen Plain,and recommended the use of soil conditioner ratio of 2.00%biochar,0.68%aluminum sulfate and 0.40%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as the preferred scheme for saline-alkali soil improvement and soybean production in this area.关键词
