外源维生素C对盐碱胁迫下大豆植株生长的影响
Effect of Exogenous Vitamin C on the Growth of Soybean Plants under Saline-alkali Stress

Abstract
In order to promote the selection of saline-alkali tolerant soybean varieties and the development of related farming practices,this study used soybean varieties Hefeng 50(saline-alkali tolerant variety)and Suinong 28(saline-alkali intolerant variety)as experimental materials,and foliar spraying of 100 mg·L-1 vitamin C was carried out at the R1 stage by the bucket planting method in order to clarify the effects of exogenous vitamin C treatments on the plant morphological indexes,antioxidant capacity,leaf photosynthesis,biomass accumulation and yield-related traits of soybean plants under saline-alkali stresses.The results showed that exogenous vitamin C treatment significantly increased plant height,stem thickness and leaf area of the two soybean varieties,increased antioxidant enzyme activities,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents,and significantly reduced ROS accumulation and MDA contents in the leaves of plants of the two soybean varieties under saline-alkali stress;significantly increased the gas exchange parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the leaves,improved the photosynthetic electron transfer efficiency,enhanced the photosynthetic capacity of soybean leaves;significantly increased leaf fresh,leaf dry weight,stem fresh and stem dry weight of the two soybean varieties;and ultimately increased the seeds number and seed weight of the plants.Meanwhile,the pods number per plant,the seeds number per plant and the seeds weight per plant of the saline-alkali tolerant variety Hefeng 50 increased by 6.23%,14.83%and 8.62%,respectively.The pods number per plant,the seeds number per plant and the seeds weight per plant of the saline-alkali intolerant variety Suinong 28 increased by 110.57%,66.61%and 59.59%,respectively.It is worth noting that under saline-alkali stress,exogenous foliar spraying of vitamin C improved the related traits of the saline-alkali intolerant variety Suinong 28 better than those of the saline-alkali tolerant variety Hefeng 50,and the results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of saline-alkali tolerant soybean varieties and the development of related farming measures.关键词
