外源氯化钙对盐碱胁迫下大豆植株生长和产量性状的影响
Effects of Exogenous Calcium Chloride on Soybean Plant Growth and Yield under Saline-alkali Stress

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of exogenous calcium chloride on the growth and yield of soybean plants under saline-alkali stress,the saline-alkali tolerant variety Heihe 49 and saline-alkali sensitive variety Henong 95 were used as experimental materials in the experiment,and saline-alkali stress treatment was carried out in V1 stage by potted pot method(simulated saline-alkali soil in Daqing region of Heilongjiang Province,NaCl∶Na2SO4∶Na2 CO3∶NaHCO3=1∶9∶1∶9),after 5 d of salt-alkali treatment,different concentrations of calcium chloride(0.5,1.0 and 1.5 g·L-1)were sprayed to determine the growth-related traits,photosynthetic parameters,antioxidant enzyme activity,yield and yield components of soybean plants.The results showed that compared with the control,saline-alkali stress significantly inhibited the biomass accumulation and yield formation of soybean plants.The photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic gas exchange parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of soybean leaves under saline-alkali stress could be increased by exogenous application of different concentrations of calcium chloride,and the antioxidant oxidase activity of soybean leaves was significantly increased.The saline-alkali sensitive variety Henong 95 had a more significant mitigation effect.Person analysis showed that photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant enzyme activity of soybean leaves were significantly positively correlated with yield formation.Compared with saline-alkali treatment,after 1.0 g·L-1 calcium chloride spray,the seed weight per plant of Heihe 49 and Henong 95 in R8 stage increased by 37.14%and 48.44%,the seeds number per plant increased by 29.70%and 41.04%,and the hundred-seed weight increased by 5.53%and 5.17%,respectively.In summary,the application of exogenous calcium chloride can enhance the photosynthesis and antioxidant defense ability of soybean,alleviate the growth inhibition of soybean plants under saline-alkali stress,and promote the formation of soybean yield.This study provided theoretical basis for exploring the mechanism of exogenous calcium chloride in alleviating soybean growth and yield formation under saline-alkali stress.关键词
