摘要

Abstract

To address the challenges of precision and efficiency in large-scale tube sheet multi-seam welding,this study de-signed a digital welding control system.By establishing a three-tiered architecture encompassing"motion control,process optimization,and status monitoring",the system achieves positioning precision of±0.2 mm through the adoption of multi-axis servo drives and laser tracking technology.Welding sequence parameters were optimized based on the orthogonal ex-perimental design method.A collaborative control platform supporting G-code programming was developed.Experimental results demonstrate that the system increased welding qualification rates to 96.3%(compared to 85.7%with traditional meth-ods),improved efficiency in 8-station synchronous operations by 60%,and controlled the repeat positioning range within 0.167 mm.This research provides a reliable digital solution for manufacturing critical equipment such as pressure vessels.
