摘要

Abstract

Heterogeneous materials additive manufacturing represents a cutting-edge direction in the additive manufacturing field.Its core significance lies in overcoming the performance limitations of single materials and achieving comprehensive properties unattainable with traditional materials through spatially integrated structural functional design.In this study,utiliz-ing cold metal transfer wire arc additive manufacturing(CMT-WAAM)technology,samples of high-strength steel(HSS),low-carbon steel(LCS),and overlapping layered heterogeneous(OLH)were fabricated.Macroscopic and microscopic ex-aminations revealed no significant defects.In the OLH samples,the HSS regions developed predominantly ferrite,while the LCS regions formed martensite.The HSS zones showed comparable hardness(340.7 HV)to monolithic HSS(326.0 HV).In contrast,the LCS zones exhibited a 143.8%increase in hardness(245.9 HV)compared to monolithic LCS(171.1 HV).The OLH samples combined HSS-grade tensile strength with LCS-level ductility.
