摘要

Abstract

Rigid thermal insulation tiles were prepared using quartz fibers,alumina fiber and silica sol as raw materials.SiO2 sol was prepared with methyltrimethoxysilane and silica sol as mixed silicon sources.The rigid thermal insulation tile was immersed in the sol via vacuum siphonage,forming gel 2-4 h.The rigid thermal insulation tile composite aerogel was finally obtained through aging,solvent replacement and drying.The microstructure,mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of the material were characterized.Results showed that the thermal conductivity of the prepared rigid thermal insulation tile was approximately 0.097 7 W/(m·K),which of the composite aerogel was approximately 0.077 3 W/(m·K).The compressive strengths of the composite aerogel sample at relative deformation of 10%and 20%are 0.61 and 0.75 MPa,respectively,showing good mechanical and thermal insulation properties.
