摘要

Abstract

The sodium alginate-gelatin-tranexamic acid nano-capsules were prepared by ultrasonic recondensation method.The effects of preparing conditions,e.g.,sodium alginate,gelatin and transminoic acid concentrations,temperature,pH value and coacervation time on the encapsulation rate of nano-capsules were also investigated via single factor experiment.The conditions for preparing tranexamic acid nano-capsules were optimized by orthogonal experiment,which were listed as the followings:0.70%mass fraction of sodium alginate solution,0.60%mass fraction of gelatin,3.0%mass fraction of tranexamic acid,55℃,pH 4.4,and condensation for 15 min.The thermogra-vimetric analysis(TGA)confirmed the enhanced thermal stability of embedded Tranexamic acid.The prepared nano-capsules of Tranexamic acid exhibited an encapsulation rate of 38.46%and a drug loading of 35.37%.The drug release efficiency was 93.76%in the phosphate buffer solution with pH 6.86 at 7 h.
