具有近红外光响应的海藻酸钙相变纤维的制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of phase-changing fibers from calcium alginate with near-infrared light response

Abstract
The multi-functionalization of seaweed fibers was successfully achieved through simple blend spinning process,which endowed them with both near-infrared light responsiveness and phase change energy storage properties.The calcium alginate fibers(PEG/CA/TA-Fe3+/PVA)with near-infrared light response and phase change energy storage function were prepared using sodium alginate(SA),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and tannic acid iron complex(TA-Fe3+)compositing solution as spinning solution,with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and calcium chloride as coagulation bath.The TA-Fe3 composites in composite fibers not only served as photothermal responsive agent,but also acted as physical crosslinking agent.The influence of TA-Fe3+composites contents on the mechanical properties,surface morphology,thermal stability,phase transition performance,and near-infrared light response of PEG/CA/TA-Fe3+/PVA fibers were studied by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,single fiber strength testing machine,thermogravimetric analyzer and differential scanning calorimetry.The experimental results showed that the mechanical strength and the near-infrared light response intensity of the fibers were significantly enhanced by addition of TA-Fe3+composites,but their phase changing energy storage capacity was reduced.The increase rate of fibers temperature could be controled by the regulation of TA-Fe3+contents in the PEG/CA/TA-Fe3+/PVA fibers.The findings would provide theoretical datas for the application of functional fibers in environments with requirements for temperature.关键词
