双酚酸衍生物的制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of diphenolic acid derivatives

Abstract
The diphenolic acid derivatives were synthesized by chlorination and amidation reactions using diphenolic acid(DPA)as starting material.The 4,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentanoyl chloride(BPC)was produced through chlorination reaction of sulfoxide chloride underwent in toluene solvent,which was further amidated with 2-aminopyridine(2-AP)in acetone to obtain the target product of N-(pyridin-2-yl)-4,4-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentananlide(BNPP).The reaction conditions were optimized by one-factor experiments,and the optimized parameters were founding as follows:1.0∶3.0 molar ratio of bisphenolic acid to sulfoxide chloride at reaction temperature of 60℃ for 4 h,and 1.0∶3.0 molar ratio of BPC to 2-AP at room temperature for 2 h.The structural characterization of the products was carried out by FT-IR and 1H NMR,which confirmed the successful synthesis of the BPC and BNPP.关键词
