单级高速离心压缩机转子动力学分析
Dynamic analysis of rotor of single-stage high-speed centrifugal compressor

Abstract
To verify the stable and safe operation performance of the rotor system of a single-stage high-speed centrifugal compressor with a rated speed of 23 000 r/min.The compressor was token as the research object,DyRoBes software was used to carry out rotor dynamics analysis based on the transfer matrix method.The lumped mass method was adopted for modeling,and bearings,seals,etc.were incorporated into the rotor system.The lateral vibration and coupling analysis of the rotor(including critical speed,steady-state unbalanced response,rotor stability,and unbalanced response of coupled vibration)as well as the torsional analysis(including torsional natural frequency and mode shape,steady-state response,and synchronous response of torsional vibration)were completed.The first to fourth-order critical speeds of the rotor system were 29 990,34 250,48 796 and 81 110 r/min respectively,and the rated speed was far from each order of critical speed.The peak value of steady-state unbalanced response at the working speed was 0.5 μm,which was within the allowable range.The first-order torsional critical speed was 13 091 r/min(the speed range near this value should be avoided during startup),and the second-order torsional critical speed was 76 327 r/min,which was much higher than the rated speed.The proportion of the bending strain energy of the rotating shaft at the third and fourth-order critical speeds exceeded 25%,but since the rated speed was much lower than the third-order critical speed,it did not affect the system stability.The rotor system of the single-stage high-speed centrifugal compressor can achieve stable and safe operation under the existing design parameters and meets the design and use requirements.关键词
