Research on the Pathways for AI-driven Independent Innovation during the 15th Five-Year Plan

Abstract
Independent innovation is the key to addressing domestic development contradictions and breaking through international technological block-ades during the 15th Five-Year Plan.Based on the status of"bottleneck"technologies,the field of independent innovation can be divided into three parts:the unexplored scientific frontier fields where"bottleneck"technologies may occur in the future,the key core technology fields where"bottle-neck"technologies are currently present,and the traditional technology fields where there are no"bottleneck"technologies but have huge room for im-provement.As a representative technology of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,Artificial Intelligence(AI)has opened up new pathways for independent innovation.By leveraging its learning advantages,AI can help discover key scientific issues,propose more effective research hypotheses,assist in experimental design and implementation,identify data patterns,promote communication and evaluation,and drive frontier scien-tific innovation.By exerting its enabling effect,AI can help form detailed data,optimize technical processes and production procedures,enhance man-ufacturing precision,and assist in the breakthrough of key core technologies.By exerting its penetration ability,AI can combine with the specific busi-ness operations of enterprises,reshape the internal processes and all the links in the upstream and downstream sectors,and promote leapfrog innovation in traditional technologies.关键词
