强国视阈下推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展的逻辑理路
The Logical Framework for Promoting the Integrated Development of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation from the Perspective of Constructing a Strong Nation

Abstract
The integrated development of scientific and technological innovation(STI)and industrial innovation is a fundamental path to foster new high-quality productive forces and an inevitable way to strengthen the country.To systematically and thoroughly expound on the logic,mechanism and path of the integrated development of STI and industrial innovation,this study,from the perspective of constructing a strong country,conducted an ex-planatory study on the historical logic,transformation logic and practical logic of the integration and development of STI and industrial innovation.Adopting the historical tracing method to summarize the evolution process of the integration and development of STI and industrial innovation,this study concluded that since the Industrial Revolution,the integration of STI and industrial innovation has roughly gone through three stages:stage one was the demand-responsive integration dominated by technological breakthroughs;stage two was the linear integration of technology and industry based on scien-tific foundations;stage three was the non-linear integration of"science-technology-industry".The STI system and the industrial innovation system are two interwoven and overlapping subsystems of the innovative system.Their integration actually is a classic optimization problem in economics.It exhibits a quadrant distribution characteristic,and the quality of their integrated development is reflected in the continuous improvement of total factor productivity.Given the"parallel"feature of Chinese-style modernization,both the fields of STI and the industrial innovation in China present a coexis-tence of"following","keeping pace"and"leading".According to the different category combinations of"following","keeping pace"and"leading"in STI and industrial innovation,six types of integration of STI and industrial innovation are presented,and differentiated integration paths are proposed for each type.关键词
