Abstract
Empowering the development of elderly care service with Artificial Intelligence(AI)is an important measure to implement the national strat-egy for actively addressing population aging,and it also reflects a practical need to promote and upgrade the quality of the elderly care industry and meet the diversified needs of elderly care service.At present,the Party and the state attach great importance to the development of AI,and focus on strengthening the top-level design of the development of AI-enabled elderly care service.Localities are accelerating the application of AI in the field of the elderly care services.The development of AI-enabled elderly care service shows bright development prospects and contains huge space for technical implication.However,at the same time,the elderly will also face intelligent exclusion,data security and algorithm risks,and family ethics and social ethics will also be challenged.In this regard,first,it is necessary to continuously optimize the practical pathways for AI-enabled elderly care service by strengthening the policy and system foundation.Moreover,promoting the integrated development of artificial intelligence and elderly care service,strengthening data,computing power,algorithm support and other measures.By accelerating the construction of AI risk prevention and collaborative governance system,we can promote the"skilful application"of AI technology,so as to better serve the well-being of the elderly and effectively ensure and improve people's livelihood.关键词
