Abstract
The integration of"data factors and financial services"represents a critical strategic pathway to unleash the value of data elements and lever-aging their multiplier effect.The coupling of data elements and capital elements,along with their interconnected development between their markets,has led to the practical innovation and the commercial application,such as data asset credit financing,data assets valuation for equity participation,da-ta asset trusts,and data asset securitization,which provide a strong driving force for enterprise value creation,industrial ecological reconstruction,and factor market upgrading.However,at this stage,there are still many practical difficulties in the process of finance promoting the value release of data elements,including the problems of data ownership confirmation and valuation pricing,the limited transaction scale due to the lack of transaction mech-anism,and the inability of existing supervision to adapt to data financial innovation.In this regard,it is urgent to make the following acts:deal with the deficiencies of the existing system,further improve the data registration system,and improve the data financing evaluation system;accelerate the con-struction of data trading platforms and promote the innovation of data financial services;strengthen cross-departmental collaborative supervision of data financial products,and use block-chain to empower the comprehensive supervision of data financial products.关键词
