摘要
Abstract
As one of the high-risk industries with frequent accident occurrences,construction enterprises can enhance safety management levels,prevent accidents,ensure personnel safety,and achieve high-quality development through strengthening safety culture construction.Against the research background of high-quality development,this paper analyzes the characteristics and roles of safety culture construction in construction enterprises,and then discusses the current status,main existing problems,and strategic suggestions for strengthening such construction.The results show that the safety awareness and concepts among employees in construction enterprises still struggle to be deeply rooted in their minds,and the construction of safety system frameworks,behavioral norm systems,and material facility systems still needs improvement.To strengthen the safety culture construction in construction enterprises,it is necessary to highlight the sense of primary responsibility of principals,innovate management systems and mechanisms,enhance the effectiveness of safety awareness training for all staff,and strengthen the construction of on-site safety material facilities.The study can provide decision-making reference for the construction of modern construction enterprise safety management system.关键词
