Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of the two-surgeon four-port technique with combined superior and medial approach and the traditional complete medial approach in laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy for colon cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 85 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy from Sep.2021 to Sep.2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,44 patients underwent the two-surgeon four-port approach with combined superior and medial approach(com-bined group),while 41 patients underwent the traditional complete medial approach(traditional group).The perioperative indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The combined group had shorter operation time[(120.0±29.4)min vs.(152.9±38.7)min,t=4.42,P＜0.01]and less intraoperative blood loss[(55.8±9.4)mL vs.(91.9±16.9)mL,t=1 1.927,P＜0.001]compared with the traditional group.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the number of lymph nodes harvested,the number of positive lymph nodes,postoperative hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications.Conclusions:There is no significant difference in the effectiveness and safety between the two-surgeon four-port approach with combined superior and medial approach and the traditional complete medial approach for laparoscopic radical right hemicolectomy.However,the former can shorten operation time and reduce intraoperative blood loss,demonstrating favorable clinical application value.关键词
