A Systematic and Theoretical Study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Expositions on the Working Class and Trade Union Work:Its Basic Framework,Core Significance,and Practical Application

Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the working class and trade union work represent the latest theoretical achievement in the Sinicization and modernization of Marxist labor movement theory.They constitute a scientific theoretical system characterized by clear concepts,rich connotations,logical coherence,and structural integrity.S ystematically consolidating and theoretically exploring these expositions holds significant academic value and practical relevance.The theoretical framework of these expositions exhibits a fundamental structure comprising"two key subjects,four basic questions,five core dimensions,and eight major viewpoints".Their central essence can be articulated through the integration of historical,theoretical,and practical logics,as well as the unity of epistemology,methodology,and praxis,forming an organic whole composed of key elements such as the"Theory of Fundamental Principles","Theory of Fundamental Guidelines","Theory of the Era's Theme","Theory of Political Responsibility","Theory of the Labor Force","Theory of the Spiritual Banner","Theory of Basic Responsibilities",and"Theory of Reform and Innovation".Deepening the systematic and theoretical study of these expositions will help enhance ideological understanding,promote high-quality development of trade union work in the new era,and accelerate the construction of an independent knowledge system for China's trade union work.关键词
