摘要
Abstract
With the development of the platform economy,labor relations have become increasingly complex.Therefore,improving the Labor Relations Consultation and Coordination Mechanism(LRCCM)has become an important driver for advancing the modernization of labor relations governance.Currently,China has established a framework for a LRCCM with Chinese characteristics,supported by pillars such as labor contracts,collective consultations,and supervision and inspection.However,this mechanism faces multiple challenges in practice,including its lagging behind the development of new technologies,business forms,and models,as well as its weakening trend in labor relations coordination.To enhance the LRCCM,the research suggests:promoting the institutionalization of mechanism development to upgrade the system guarantee framework;advancing the substantiation of mechanism setup to strengthen the organizational foundation;facilitating the socialization of mechanism collaboration to consolidate multi-stakeholder governance synergy;achieving diversified mechanism coverage to address gaps in rights protection;promoting the digitalization and intelligentization of mechanism operation to enhance technology-enabled capabilities;and fostering the internationalization of mechanism application.关键词
