摘要

Abstract

The handling of labor dispute cases in China demonstrates a governance effect of"heavy caseload pressure-enhanced dispute resolution efficiency".The institutional nature and functional boundaries of labor dispute arbitration,which plays a pivotal role in this process,warrant attention.T he current study selec ts the Labor Dispute Arbitration Court of District A in City B as a case to explore the governance logic and institutional significance of labor dispute arbitration within China's labor relations governance framework.The findings reveal that China's labor dispute arbitration system operates under multiple institutional logics:the party-state logic,administrative logic,and legal logic.Additionally,China's labor dispute arbitration institutions possess both quasi-judicial and quasi-administrative functions,aiming to achieve a dynamic and systematic balance among the three governance objectives of labor relations:fairness,efficiency,and stability.The study suggests that greater policy support be provided at the national level,substantive checks and balances of the tripartite mechanism be enhanced through professionalization reform,and a collaborative risk prevention and control network be established to foster societal co-governance capabilities.
