Two-stage Resilience Enhancement Strategy for Distribution Networks Considering Fairness of Load Shedding
摘要
Abstract
The resilience enhancement of the distribution networks has recently gained considerable attention.However,existing studies rarely address fairness in load shedding,potentially causing disproportionate impacts on certain users,especially vulnerable groups,and thereby threatening social stability.To address this issue,this paper proposes a two-stage resilience enhancement strategy considering load shedding fairness and three novel fairness principles including the global equilibrium principle,node-worst deviation principle,and system-range minimization principle for comparative analysis.In the first stage,the minimum weighted load shedding value is determined based on load importance.This value serves as a constraint in the second stage,where fairness principles are applied to obtain an optimized resilience strategy.Numerical simulations on an IEEE 33 bus test system demonstrate that the proposed method effectively ensures prioritized recovery of the critical nodes while achieving equitable load shedding among non-critical nodes.When each of the three fairness principles is considered individually,performance improved by 97.2%,96.2%and 97.5%respectively,compared with the case no fairness principle is applied.Additionally,the simulation results further definite the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of the three fairness principles,providing theoretical insights and practical guidance for load shedding fairness.关键词
