Application Review of Intelligent Inspection and Disaster Damage Assessment Toward Enhancing Power System Resilience

Abstract
Frequent occurrences of extreme natural disasters have become a major threat to the secure operation of power systems,driving the construction of resilient power system as a critical task.As key components of practical grid operation and management,intelligent inspection and disaster damage assessment have not yet fully realized their potential in enhancing the resilience,with a lack of systematic and comprehensive application guidance and analysis.On one hand,although intelligent inspection devices have been deployed in real-world systems,they are not deeply integrated into the resilience framework,leading to limited application and low utilization.On the other hand,disaster damage assessment still relies on manual inspection and reporting,resulting in delayed responses and low efficiency.This paper first analyzes the key role of intelligent inspection and disaster damage assessment in enhancing the power system resilience,using a disturbance space mapping framework.Then systematically reviews the development status of these technologies,examining their application value and technical challenges across pre-disaster warning,emergency response,and post-disaster recovery stages.By constructing an intelligent sensing and assessment system adaptable to extreme environments,this paper aims to provide both theoretical insights and practical approaches for building highly reliable and resilient power systems.关键词
