Low-carbon Park Planning Method Considering Source-load Time-series Correlation and Demand Response Elasticity Adjustment

Abstract
For the park integrated energy systems,existing typical scenario extraction methods often neglect the time-series correlation characteristics between energy supply and demand,and the price-based demand response models are difficult to effectively coordinate the system's dynamic supply-demand relationship,leading to significant deviations between planning assumptions and actual operational performance.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the economy and low-carbon of the park planning method from the two key links of typical scenario extraction method and demand response elasticity adjustment.Firstly,the park energy flow architecture including five energy forms is constructed,and the multivariable dynamic time warping algorithm and hierarchical clustering algorithm are introduced to extract typical scenes considering the time-series correlation characteristics of source loads.Secondly,the transferable,replaceable and reducible demand response model is established,in which the transferable demand response quantity determines the boundary according to the price demand elasticity matrix and can be flexibly adjusted according to the supply and demand of the system.Finally,the low-carbon planning model of the park is constructed with the goal of minimizing the cost of the whole life cycle of the system.The case study shows that the total cost and carbon emissions of the system can be reduced by 55.9%and 47.3%respectively through the collaborative implementation of flexible resources and demand response.At the same time,the planning method considering time-series correlation of source load can improve the economy and low-carbon of the system while ensuring robustness.关键词
