融合工科专业特色的思想政治教育方法与途径
摘要
Abstract
The ideological and political education in engineering majors is expected to be implemented based on the characteristics of the engineering education.The leading role of social values should be continuously consolidated.The times characteristics of talent cultivation should be emphasized.The phycological characteristics of current undergraduate students should be systematically analyzed.A multi-dimensional educational scheme should be designed.These provide a sound support for designing effective working methods.The efficacy of the ideological and political education should be converted into the primary driving elements for improvement of professional capabilities.The professional ability training,labor education,and aesthetic education should be guided by the party construction work.Comprehensive development of the students is effectively assisted by the industry-education integration.Important elements such as the professional interests,engineering consciousness,values,and career planning are systematically merged into the whole process of talent cultivation.关键词
