摘要

Abstract

In the era of popularization of higher education,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of teachers'teaching ability to improve the structural quality of higher education,and constructivist epistemology and the"five arts"perspective play an important leading role in it.Therefore,this study designed a questionnaire with teachers from 8 universities in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,to explore the influencing factors of teachers'teaching ability from the three levels of individual,school and society,and empirically evaluated teachers'teaching performance by combining the theory of constructivism and the perspective of"five skills"education.The results show that:First,individual,school,and social factors have a significant impact on teachers'teaching ability.Second,the development of teachers'teaching ability is conducive to improving teaching performance.Thirdly,under the teaching mode of integrating constructivism and"five skills",the role of teachers'teaching ability in improving work performance will be strengthened.
