摘要

Abstract

Phased array radar systems are designed with the core objectives of achieving large instantaneous bandwidth,robust anti-jamming capabilities,high precision,and flexible distribution,among which signal phase stability serves as a key metric for evaluating their accuracy.To ensure phase stability during long-distance signal transmission,a phase-stable transmission method for radar signals over long-haul fiber links with phase noise cancellation is proposed.This method effectively sup-presses and eliminates phase noise through a negative feedback phase compensation technique,thereby enabling high-stability signal output at the remote node.Experimental results demonstrate that,over a 200 km single-mode fiber link,the proposed method supports a signal bandwidth of 10~20 GHz and achieves a 360° phase shift.Within an average measurement time of 1 000 seconds,the system Allan deviation is as low as approximately 7.65×10-17,with a root-mean-square jitter delay of less than 0.39 ps.
