Abstract
In accordance with the requirements of the National Mountain Flood Disaster Prevention and Control Proj-ect Implementation Plan(2021-2023)issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,it is required to enhance the pre-diction and forecasting levels of local heavy rainfall,typhoons,mountain floods,mudslides,etc.,and the release of early warning information should reach villages,households and individuals.After fully considering the basic condi-tions of rivers,such as geographical location,geological landforms,hydrometeorology,soil and vegetation,five rivers in the upper reaches of the Lijiang River,including the Tonghuashui River,Shejiang River and Lujiang River,were selected to conduct the investigation and impact analysis on the risks and hidden dangers of mountain flood disas-ter,so as to achieve the business goals of mountain flood disaster prevention and control and digital twin mountain flood disaster defense along the Lijiang River.The mountain flood disaster defense and warning methods are deter-mined based on calculation and analysis of flood characteristics,design flood and flood level,which provide schemes for the selection and layout of mountain flood disaster monitoring and early warning facilities.关键词
