摘要

Abstract

Yunnan sea buckthorn is rich in triterpene acids with hypoglycemic activity.In order to establish the extraction and purification process of hypoglycemic active ingredients in Tibetan seabuckthorn,this study used Yunnan seabuckthorn fruit as raw material to obtain triterpenoid acid by ethanol extraction and AB-8 macroporous resin purification.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 40 mL/g,ethanol concentration 65%,extraction temperature 57℃,extraction time 30 min.The optimum adsorption and desorption conditions of AB-8 macroporous resin were as follows:the sample concentration was 20 mg/mL,the pH was 6,the adsorption flow rate was 2.5 mL/min,and the ethanol concentration was 55%.After purification,the purity increased by 2.49 times.This method proved stable and feasible,and can be used for the extraction and purification of triterpene acids from Yunnan seabuckthorn.
