白花泡桐对锰的耐受性及耐性株系筛选
Mn Tolerance and Tolerant Strain Screening in Paulownia fortunei
摘要
Abstract
Paulownia fortunei(Seem.)Hemsl.exhibits rich intraspecific variation.To screen superior Mn-tolerant strains,tis-sue culture techniques were applied using rootless plant lets grown in subculture medium for 35 days as experimental mate-rial.Five Mn concentration gradients(10.0,20.0,30.0,40.0,50.0 mmol/L)were tested,and the semi-lethal concentration was determined to be 40.0 mmol/L.Based on this,74 strains were cultured in rooting medium containing the semi-lethal Mn con-centration for 60 days.Parameters such as plant height,leaf number,and root-shoot growth were recorded,and Mn tolerance was comprehensively evaluated using membership function analysis.Finally,two Mn-tolerant strains,P-27-4 and P-27-2 were selected through rescreening.关键词
