针刺治疗IVF中卵巢低反应作用机制的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of poor ovarian response in IVF

Abstract
Poor ovarian response(POR)is an adverse reaction that is not sensitive to ovulation induction drugs in assisted re-productive technology,which is one of the important reasons leading to the failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.Howev-er,its pathogenesis is still unclear,and the treatment measures are limited and the efficacy is poor.Acupuncture is a kind of physi-cal therapy for acupoint stimulation.Recent studies have shown that acupuncture can improve low ovarian response.This article summarizes the mechanism of acupuncture in improving POR.Acupuncture can promote the pregnancy outcome of POR patients by relieving anxiety and depression,regulating hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis,neuro-endocrine-immune system,mitochondri-al function,and adipose tissue,improving the histological morphology of ovary and uterus,as well as regulating signaling path-ways.However,the existing studies focus on efficacy,while the specific intervention programs and their mechanisms of action have not been reported,which needs further research.关键词
