摘要

Abstract

This article systematically reviews the development of agricultural remote sensing technologies from multispectral detection to hyperspectral analysis from satellite single-platform observation to multi-source sensor fusion.It focuses on analyzing the theoretical breakthroughs and methodological innovations in typical application fields such as crop classification,growth monitoring,soil moisture inversion,pest forecasting and disaster assessment.The review shows that time-space feature modeling driven by deep learning significantly improves the analysis of complex agricultural scenes.Multi-source data assimilation technology effectively enhances the accuracy of agricultural parameter inversion.The collaboration of drone platforms and satellite networks fills the technical gap of high-frequency and detailed monitoring.However,issues,such as the lag in standardization of multi-source heterogeneous data,insufficient model interpretability,and weak integration of crop physiological and ecological mechanisms with remote sensing features,still limit the effectiveness of technology transfer.Future research needs to focus on building a multi-scale intelligent perception system,developing a mixed model driven by mechanisms and data,strengthening the ability to analyze the coupling of multiple factors in the agricultural ecosystem,promoting the formation of a closed-loop management paradigm in smart agriculture of perception-diagnosis-decision,and providing a systematic technical framework and development path for breaking through the theoretical limitations of monitoring complex agricultural systems and optimizing global food security governance.
