芸薹属作物根/茎膨大形成及其调控机制研究进展
Research progress on the formation and regulatory mechanisms of swollen roots and stems in Brassica crops
摘要
Abstract
The swollen roots and stems of Brassica crops serve as important storage and product organs,and their swelling formation and development directly affect the yield and quality of crops.Therefore,it is of great research value to understand the genetic principles and regulatory mechanisms of roots and stems swelling formation and development for improving the growth performance of crops.This article takes the vegetable crops with swollen roots and stems organs in the Brassica genus as representatives,and summarizes the synergistic effects of external environmental factors and various metabolic pathways that affect roots and stems swelling,involving morphological research,genetic analysis and QTL mapping of roots and stems swelling traits,light and temperature,plant hormones,cell cycle and swelling,material and energy metabolism,transcription factors,and the comprehensive influence of various factors.It also looks forward to the hotspots and main directions in future researches.This will provide important references for the study of the developmental mechanism of roots and stems swelling in Brassica crops,and is of great significance for achieving the synergistic improvement of crop yield,stress resistance and quality.关键词
