黄芪耐盐碱特性与盐渍土壤药用开发的协同路径探析
Analysis of the synergistic path between the saline-alkali tolerance characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus and the medicinal development of saline soils
摘要
Abstract
Astragalus membranaceus,as a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,possesses the characteristic of homology of medicine and food.Modern researches has confirmed its function in promoting immunity.Due to its salt-alkali tolerance,Astragalus membranaceus has emerged as a potential species for the development and utilization of salinized soils under the national strategy of saline-alkali land management.Studies reveal that salt stress exerts a biphasic effect of promotion at low level and inhibition at high level on the active components of Astragalus membranaceus(such as flavonoids and polysaccharides)through the regulation of ionic balance,antioxidant enzyme activity and secondary metabolic pathways.However,high-salt environments can easily lead to metabolic imbalance and quality deterioration.Nevertheless,the cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus in saline-alkali lands still faces bottlenecks,including insufficient functional validation of key genes,unclear environment-component regulatory networks,and a lack of specialized cultivation techniques.This paper reviewed the current researches on Astragalus membranaceus and analyzed the responses of related medicinal plants under salt stress.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for constructing a precise stress induction-quality enhancement model to promote the synergistic development of Chinese herbal medicine production and saline-alkali land management.关键词
