摘要

Abstract

Ziegler-Natta ethylene polymerization catalyst is widely used due to their high activity and other excellent properties,but it also has the issue of excessive fine powder content,which affects the operation of centrifuges,baffl es,and other equipments,requiring regular cleaning.Reducing the fine powder content and extending the equipment's service life is very beneficial for the long-term stable production of the facility.The common methods involve altering the catalyst formulation to regulate the catalyst particle size,and pre-polymerization of the catalyst can also be used to reduce the fine powder content of the catalyst.This work mainly studies the effects of reaction system temperature,slurry concentration in the reaction system,reaction time,hydrogen/ethylene molar ratio,different alkyl aluminums,and Al/Ti molar ratio on the pre-polymerization of the catalyst,exploring the conditions that affect the pre-polymerization of Ziegler-Natta ethylene polymerization catalysts.
