Abstract
The consumption of potassium permanganate is one of the important hygiene indicators for food packaging products.This article takes plastic drinking water barrels as an example to determine its potassium permanganate consumption.The factors affecting the determination are analyzed and uncertainty analysis is evaluated.After quantification and synthesis,the relative standard uncertainty is obtained,and the expanded uncertainty is obtained.This article enhances the scientificity and reliability of the inspection and testing of potassium permanganate consumption in food packaging products through the analysis and evaluation of uncertainty.关键词
