高性能画纸用热塑纤维的应用性能研究
Research on the Application Performance of Thermoplastic Fibers for High Performance Painting Paper

Abstract
In order to improve the application performance of thermoplastic fiber paper for high-performance painting paper,the bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper and cotton pulp fiber paper were prepared by thermoplastic molding method.The water filtration performance,microstructure,tightness,porosity,and mechanical property of bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper and cotton pulp fiber paper were compared and analyzed.The results show that,with the prolongation of oxidation time,the filtration time of bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper and cotton pulp fiber paper show a decrease followed by an increase,reaching the minimum value at an oxidation time of 6 hours;The filtration time of bamboo leaf pulp fiber and cotton pulp fiber under different oxidation time was generally between 10 and 20 seconds.As the oxidation time increases from 0 to 24 hours,the porosity of bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper and cotton pulp fiber paper gradually decrease and the tightness gradually increase under hot and non hot pressing conditions;Under the same oxidation time,the tightness of the hot pressed fiber paper is significantly higher than that of the non hot pressed sample.As the oxidation time increases from 0 to 24 hours,the tensile index of bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper and cotton pulp fiber paper gradually increase.Under the same oxidation time,the tensile index of bamboo leaf pulp fiber paper is higher than that of cotton pulp fiber paper.关键词
