Research and Application of A New Type of Micelle Acid Plugging Removal System Suitable for Low-permeability Reservoirs

Abstract
In order to improve the acidification construction efficiency of injection wells in low-permeability reservoirs,a new type of micelle acid plugging system suitable for low-permeability oil reservoirs was constructed using a new type of micelle agent JS-2 as the main treatment agent,combined with corrosion inhibitor,iron ion stabilizer,clay stabilizer and other treatment agents.Its comprehensive performance was evaluated and applied on site.The indoor experimental results show that the new micelle agent JS-2 can significantly reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water,and has good slowing and thickening effects.When its mass fraction is 0.5%,it can reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water to the order of 10-2 mN/m,with a slowing rate of over 85%.When the acid pH value is greater than 1.5,the apparent viscosity reaches over 200 mPa·s.The new micelle acid plugging system has strong dissolution performance,with dissolution rates of 17.54%and 96.58%for rock debris and on-site blockages,respectively,at a dissolution time of 64 hours;The temperature resistance of the unblocking system is strong,and it can still have low interfacial tension and high apparent viscosity when the aging temperature reaches 140℃.In addition,the unblocking system also has good core flow unblocking effect.After injecting 5 PV acid solution into the core,the permeability recovery value can reach 191.83%,and the acidification effect is significantly better than conventional hydrochloric acid and soil acid.The on-site application effect of water injection wells in low-permeability blocks is good.After the construction of the new micelle acid unblocking system in 5 water injection wells,the average daily water injection volume has increased by more than twice,and the oil pressure has significantly decreased.The effective period of the measures is all above 250 days.关键词
